Playing the best online slots is great but mobile casinos offer much more than slots and one of the most popular mobile casino games is roulette. It offers fast fun game and allows you to either opt for smaller wins at better odds or bigger wins if you fancy taking your chances.
Just about anyone who has played roulette for long, be it in a "real world" casino, at a normal online casino or at a mobile casino, will have probably heard of the Martingale System. The system is a form of staking plan that sees players increase their stake after a losing bet and whilst it is most associated with roulette, it can be applied to any form of betting, especially bets where the odds are close to evens and the chances of success are around 50%.
Proponents of the Martingale System claim it is a foolproof way to beat the house and some sites even have the audacity to charge punters for the privilege of "revealing" it. We say audacity because, most importantly, the system doesn't work and should be avoided at all costs, but also because information on how Martingale is used can be found for free very easily.
The theory is that because you double your stake, no matter how many spins in a row you lose, just one will immediately return a profit. If you bet $2, then $4, then $8 and so on, right up to, for example, $128, losing every spin until that final one, when you do win you will end up $2 in profit ($2+$4+$8+$16+$32+$64 = $126). It's easy to think that such a long run of losing bets is "impossible" or certainly very unlikely but in fact much longer losing runs are common when you play for an extended period, with streaks of 14 or more consecutive blacks (or reds) far from a rarity for croupiers spinning the wheels.
If someone had unlimited money, unlimited time, nerves of steel and a casino that would accept any bet of any size, Martingale would indeed work. However, no such casino exists, time is finite and even Bill Gates doesn't have a never ending supply of cash.
As said, the Martingale doesn't work and all that will happen is you will make a series of very small wins before one HUGE loss wipes you out. To succeed playing mobile roulette why not claim a great bonus, play at a great casino and cross your fingers for a little luck?!
